RoofCover® EPDM roof membrane
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber that has been used worldwide for over fifty years to waterproof flat roofs. RoofCover EPDM is fabricated to measure in large pieces, so your roof is finished seamlessly without welding risks. Available in different thicknesses and as a self adhesive variant.

Product specifications
- Material
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), synthetic rubber. Also available in the LSFR version with fire retardant treatment.
- Thickness
- Standard in 1.14 mm and 1.52 mm. Both thicknesses offer excellent waterproofing; 1.52 mm offers a longer service life under heavier loads.
- Width
- Made to measure up to more than 15 metres wide in one piece. No overlaps, no welds, no risk of leakage through seams.
- Service life
- 50 years and more. EPDM retains its waterproofing and mechanical properties even after decades of exposure to UV, ozone and weather.
- Temperature range
- Stays flexible from −40 °C to +130 °C. No cracking or splitting under extreme cold or heat.
- Fire behaviour
- The LSFR version is treated to be fire retardant and meets the European fire classification according to EN 13501-1.
- Installation
- Bond with contact adhesive, mechanical fixing or ballasting. Can be installed by professional roofers and experienced DIY builders.
- Warranty
- 20 year product warranty from RoofCover®, managed through our distributors.
