Sarking
If you have a roof which is not sarked it may
be another option you may like to consider as it adds heat vapour,
wind and dust protection to your home
- Process for application of Roof Sarking.
- Titles and Battens are lifted off the roof
4 rows at a time. They are then stacked just above that area.
- The sarking is then rolled out across the trusses.
- Battens are then renailed to original position.
Care is taken to replace any battens which are faulty.
- Tiles are then relayed and secured with new
tile clips. Once again care is taken to replace faulty tiles.
- This process is repeated until the intended
desired area of roof has been sarked.
- Finally all Ridge Caps and Barge Tiles are
fitted back to roof in the correct manner.
