• Roof is Treated for Fungus, Mould etc.
• Roof is Cleaned by High Pressure Hose
• Ridge Capping is Rebeded and Pointed
• All Valley Tiles are Secured
• Application of Sealer Coat
• Application of Two Top Coats

Terracotta Tile Restoration

The everlasting beauty of Terracotta! Unlike concrete tiles Terracotta have a surface which never fades. Although sometimes you wouldn't know it because moss and lichen build up can conceal its true identity. This makes the restoration process a little easier.

• Broken Tiles Replaced
• Ridge Capping rebedded where required
• Roof treated with Fungicide
• roof Cleaned with High Pressure Hose
• Ridge Capping is then Pointed
